Overview : Nexodus BPO is looking for enthusiastic and motivated high school and college students to join our marketing team as Affiliate Marketing Specialists. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain realworld experience in digital marketing while earning money. You will help promote discounted products from our partners and recruit new affiliates to earn commissions on Nexodus sales.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruit and Manage Affiliates :
   

   • Identify and sign up new affiliates to promote Nexodus and our partner products.
     
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to help them succeed.
     

2. Promote Discounted Products :
   

   • Market discounted products from Nexodus partners through social media email and other channels.
     
   • Highlight the benefits of these products to attract potential customers.
     

3. Drive CommissionBased Sales :
   

   • Develop strategies to sign up nonNexodus clients as affiliates offering them commissions on Nexodus sales.
     
   • Track affiliate performance and ensure they receive the right commissions.
     

4. Create and Run Campaigns :
   

   • Work with the marketing team to create and run affiliate marketing campaigns.
     
   • Help design promotional materials like banners emails and landing pages.
     

5. Analyze Performance :
   

   • Monitor and analyze how well affiliate marketing campaigns are doing.
     
   • Report on affiliate activities sales and commissions to the marketing manager.
     

6. Follow Best Practices :
   

   • Ensure all affiliate marketing activities comply with company policies and industry best practices.
     
   • Stay updated on the latest trends in affiliate marketing.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in high school or college.
  
• Minimum age of 17 years old

• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
