Job Description

• Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Plan and manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including status reports roadmaps and performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly ensuring minimal impact on deliverables.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Champion Agile best practices and continuously work to improve team performance
