Overview: Partum Partners is growing and looking for hardworking, responsible people to join team! No delivery experience required. Our company partners with Amazon Prime to deliver packages to customers in the north and west metro area. We are a proud equal opportunity employer seeking reliable , safe , and self-motivated drivers who are customer focused and able to work with little supervision. Drivers report to the Amazon warehouse in Maple Grove, MN. We provide a uniform, company van, gas card, and phone to use for the day. Responsibilities: Follow safety and quality standards on and off the road Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and the general public while delivering Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery process and solve obstacles Provide regular and predictable attendance and punctuality Keep delivery vehicle clean an in proper operating order Other duties as assigned Requirements: Available to one weekend day per week Available to work between 6:50am and 5:20pm Legal to work in the US Good driving history (No CDL required) Be at least 21 years old Be able to lift 50 lbs (most packages are less than 5 lbs) Must be reliable and have good attendance Must be willing to work in various weather conditions including snow, ice and rain Be able to have fun, smile, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Be able to independently find solutions to occasional challenges - adapt and overcome This job is for: Anyone that does not like being "stuck in an office" Someone looking to be active Individuals with a military background College students Open to applicants that do not have high school diploma/GED Excellent first job for those just entering the work force Compensation: Pay starts at $23.75 - $26.00 per hour Incentives and Bonuses for good performing drivers Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeRelated keywords: delivery driver, driver, courier, delivery associate Partum Partners
