Anesthesiologists – North Houston/Woodlands/ W2 or 1099 Options

Position Highlights:

• Caseload: 6 ASCs, 1 Endoscopy Center (95% GI cases)
• Schedule: 40-50 hours/week, with seasonal variation (some weeks less than 40 hours)
• No OB, Hearts, Trauma, Neonates, or Transplants
• No In-House Call: Our call ends by 7 PM.
• Regional Anesthesia Training: We offer funding for the Maverick Regional Anesthesia Course in Fort Worth.
• Location Flexibility: Providers are credentialed across multiple facilities for greater flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits:

• W2 Salary:
• 1099 Rate
• Partnership Track: 2 years to partnership for full-time W2 employees with shares for tenure and leadership.

• Health Insurance: BCBS, including dental and vision (effective 30 days after employment)
• 401(k): Company match (effective 90 days after employment)
• Paid Malpractice Insurance: Up to $8,000/year (tail coverage provided upon retirement)
• CME: Up to $3,000/year
• Paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability: 60% salary paid for short-term, company paid for long-term
• PTO & Holidays: Reasonable PTO, plus 7 paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day)
• FSA/HSA options for full-time employees

Qualifications:

• ABA board certified or eligible (certified within 7 years of residency)
• Willingness to work independently in an ambulatory, fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations
