Patrol Solutions

• MUST have a valid drivers license with NO VIOLATIONS within the past 3 years.
• MUST have valid current BSIS Exposed Firearms License
• MUST own your own gear, Firearm & Non-lethal weapons
• MUST have valid current BSIS Guard Card 
• MUST have 2 non-lethal permits such as Baton, Taser or Pepper Spray / OC
• CPR Certified encouraged to apply!

Hourly Pay: $22.00 p/h

Shift Time(s): 

• Monday - Tuesday SWING SHIFT 1300-2300 
• Wednesday - Thursday GRAVE SHIFT 2300-0900
• 10-hour Shift - 2 Swings & 2 Graves - One Schedule

This position is for an armed patrol route in the Roseville area.

This position is a 10 hour straight time alternative schedule, 40 hours per week with no overtime. Officers will work 4 days on and have 3 days off. (This is not a rotating schedule)

Must have a CDL with a clean driving record. CPR certified encouraged to apply.

Qualifications, skills, and education requirements:

• MUST possess a current BSIS Guard Card
• MUST possess a current BSIS exposed firearms card
• MUST own gear & firearm it is not provided to you
• Valid Drivers License with NO violations within the past 3 years
• MUST own 2 non-lethal permits and non-lethal weapons. 
• Previous patrol security experience
• Ability to read, write and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Ability to write and understand English
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take the initiative in completing assigned tasks.
• Willing to accept shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
• Reliable transportation
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Security Professional Responsibilities may include:

• Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)
• Possess and maintain a valid California Exposed Firearms License
• Conduct vehicle/foot patrols alone
• Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / SOP.
• Utilize a smartphone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
• Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
• Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.
• Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.

Security guard tasks include maintaining an awareness of the environment and ensuring the safety of employees and visitors. As a security guard, you must also be in good physical shape since you will spend a lot of time on your feet, walking around, observing, and assessing situations. High attention to detail is required as you need to respond to emergency situations and emergency calls. Ultimately, you will be a vital link to preventing theft, damage, or injury in our organization.
