Our organization is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team and lead our nursing staff in providing quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in long-term care, preferably in a nursing home setting, and will be assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
* Provide leadership to nursing staff.
* Develop and maintain standards of care for geriatric patients in long-term care settings.
* Monitor patient care and ensure quality of care is maintained.
* Develop and maintain relationships with other departments, physicians, and external organizations.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $114,031.00 - $121,639.00 per year
