Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef and Owners in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all guests have an exceptional dining experience.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate and enhance service delivery.
• Support in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Management role in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• A passion for food, wine, and the fine dining experience.
