Reporting to the General Manager the Assistant General Manager (AGM) will assume key responsibilities within the Auction. They will embrace the Company’s values and influence and lead team members to effectively and efficiently execute their duties. They will ensure the customer experience is exceptional.
What You Will Do:
•Efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
•Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers.
•Ensure efficiency of all departments with proper head-count and scheduling, pre-planning for spikes and declines.
•Reporting, accountability profitably tracking.
•Work with arbitration manager assisting with dealer complaints.
•Conducting weekly manager meetings.
•Tracking and reviewing evaluations
•Ensure new employee introductions and training takes place in a timely fashion.
•Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times.
•Review all accident reports and taking necessary action steps.
•Building solid relationships with dealers.
•Timely review of reports to include but not limited to: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Outstanding title reports, Payroll, Outsourcing, Pick-up count, Vehicle Assignment logs.
•Morale building.
•Suggest and plan team outings and incentives.
•Work well independently as well as a team player
•Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.
•Performs other duties as necessary

Requirements:Qualifications:
•High School Diploma, college preferred.
•Previous sales experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
•Should be highly organized, initiative-taking, and self-disciplined. Highly customer service orientated. Computer proficient.
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
