Scheduled Hours: 37.5 Position Summary: Engagement and Annual Giving Programs (EAGP) provides meaningful opportunities for volunteerism, service, personal and professional development, and events and programs for alumni and friends to enhance loyalty, dedication, and philanthropic support for Washington University. This position will report to the Director, Marketing & Digital Communications, and will support the team in fulfilling all digital and print marketing collateral to promote the events and programs organized by Engagement & Annual Giving Programs. The role will help ensure that all materials are fulfilled on deadline, on brand, and within budget. An understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other similar marketing automation platform are essential for success in this position. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Design, schedule, and manage creative and technical aspects of print and digital marketing campaigns for Engagement & Annual Giving. Segment email audiences based on key attributes such as engagement levels and event participation and analyze alumni behavior for optimized email targeting. Serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Engagement & Annual Giving Programs (EAGP). Lead and expand texting promotions for EAGP events, including assessing strategies for improving reach and engagement. Edit, proofread, and review marketing and communications pieces for colleagues to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to university style and branding guidelines. Additional responsibilities as assigned. As a member of the EAGP team, the Associate Director may be asked to support and work at events on campus. Occasional in-person events may require work hours outside of typical weekday hours. Grade: G12 Salary Range: $58,400.00 - $99,700.00 / Annually. The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
