What you’ll do:

Business Analyst Internship duties may include:

• Participate in requirements elicitation process, assist in analyzing and interpreting information and data, and prepare related documentation. Participate in project ceremonies/meetings and provide ad-hoc analysis and support for the benefit of the team (e.g., research, testing tasks, etc.). Maintain a positive work environment through active team participation and collaboration and a good attitude focused on quality customer service for internal and external peers and customers.

Additional Details:

• 11-week paid summer internship (May – August)
• 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• All work is expected to be hybrid, mandatory 2 days in office.
• Housing or stipends are available for eligible candidates.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited institution towards a 4-year undergraduate degree
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Completed at least 2 years towards a bachelor's degree.
• Preferred areas of study Business Analytics, Business Information System, Business Admin, or computer related degree.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Office – Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
• Experience working as part of a team; agile knowledge a plus.
• Facilitation skills/experience
• Industry knowledge a plus (financial/insurance industry)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Ability to produce clear, efficient, and concise requirements/documentation.

This selected candidate will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office as business needs dictate or for team building and collaboration.
