The Intern will engage in process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices. Participate in activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group, or team. Bring ideas and fresh perspectives in support of multi-functional process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Contribute significantly to Sabre's effort to deploy self-service strategies to customers. Ensure that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.
The Intern may be responsible for multiple major projects of the highest complexity requiring forefront-of-the-field, innovative solutions.
Education:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field with a graduation date later than August 2025.
Preferred Experience:
- Business, business analysis, industrial engineering, performance metrics, etc.
- Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Performance Consulting
- Project management
- Multi-business unit change initiatives
Preferred Skills:
- Relationship builder - Develop and maintain key relationships with business unit leadership and other stakeholders.
- System evaluator - excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Influencer - Possess the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.

- Strategic thinker - Support efforts to build vision, set strategic goals, and inspire progress
- Builder - Possess a strong desire to improve and/or build things.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook - intermediate to advance skill level
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
Other skills desired:
- Background in business of travel
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, SOAP, REST, and JSON
- Familiar with Agile software methodology
- Multilingual
