Business Process Analyst Workday HCM (Remote)

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst for a global B2B technology company. This role works with Workday HCM, partners with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of business process requirements, leverages best practices to design, configure, and test solutions, runs end-user training sessions, and provides post-implementation support.

This is a 6-month project, (Extension possible) 40 hours per role. Remote in the US.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee, with health benefits, and 401K offered.

Responsibilities:

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve functional issues originating from users and business process events
• Create and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
• Maintain data integrity and compliance in systems by running queries and analyzing data
• Develop user guides
• Training users on new processes/functionality
• Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of vendor releases
• Provide pre and post-launch user support, testing, change management, and training
• Develop and enhance software knowledge through training, independent research, and experimentation to become an SME
• Assist with business requirement gathering, business process review, testing, training, and documentation development

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on Workday HCM solutions
• Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM configuration, Advanced Compensation configuration, and Workday reporting
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, defining functional specifications, quality assurance & user acceptance testing
• Bachelors Degree

Compensation: $45/hr $47.76/hr
