Regional Flatbed Driver - Home Every Weekend

Average Weekly Earnings: $1600-$1900 | $5000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Details:

• Sign-On Bonus: $5000
  • $1500 after your first delivery
  • $1500 after 6 months
  • $2000 after 1 year
• Average Weekly Pay: $1600-$1900 (includes $300 weekly per diem, non-taxed)
• Pay Breakdown: 27% of weekly gross revenue, plus bonuses
• Home Time: Home on weekends (5 days on the road, 2 days at home)
• Load Type: Flatbed loads (30%-40% tarped)
• Average Miles: 2300-2800 miles per week
• Running Area: Regional (home state plus 5-6 surrounding states)
• Equipment: Newer model Cascadia’s & KW T680's (automatics), equipped with EZ Pass and Pre-pass

Additional Pay:

• Breakdown: $100/day
• Dock Detention: $16/hour after 2nd hour
• Tarping: $40/load
• Layover: $100/day

Benefits:

• 3-day orientation with travel, lodging, and meals provided

Requirements:

• Minimum 22 years of age
• 1 year of OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience in the past 5 years
• Experience hauling steel pipe or flat steel on a flatbed trailer (coil experience not required)
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Only 1 DOT preventable accident in the last year
• No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years
• No recent safety terminations
• Automatic disqualifiers: recent at-fault rollover, failed DOT alcohol/drug tests, and more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Urine drug screening required
