Independent, non-profit, and award-winning critical access hospital seeking full-time CRNA to join a small team of highly skilled professionals in a modern facility featuring new anesthesia machines and monitors in every OR, as well as a brand new sonosite ultrasound machine that is fully dedicated to the anesthesia department.

Vernon Memorial Hospital's independent practice allows our CRNAs to practice to the full scope of their license and an opportunity to build personal connections and rapport with patients of all ages and their families. Our CRNA team is highly respected by surgeons and providers with fine-tuned quality care strategies already established but with the desire to integrate new patient-centered processes to ensure the best possible patient experience.

The CRNA provides administration and monitoring of anesthetics to our diverse surgical patient population. A large amount of regional anesthetics as well as ultrasound guided peripheral nerve blocks are administered for our busy orthopedic practice. Typical schedules for this full-time, 1.0 FTE are Monday - Friday with call that is shared between 3-4 providers. Our team participates in a generously compensated call rotation with low volume OB and a high-volume orthopedics practices. Our supportive staff makes this an ideal position for an experienced CRNA or motivated CRNA looking to expand their practice. WI RN license, CRNA certification, ACLS and PALS required.
