Our client in Savannah, part of a globally-recognized non-profit organization, is seeking a part-time Charity Fundraising Ambassador to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, energetic and outgoing - and have prior sales & CRM experience.
Job Title: Charity Fundraising Ambassador (Part-time)
Location: Savannah, GA Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)
What's the Job? - Solicit contributions from corporations and individuals for nonprofit institutions, such as hospitals, colleges and charities.
- Raise awareness of the charity and its work, which may involve giving talks to groups or dealing with the media.
- Develop fund-raising drives, organize volunteers to run them, and monitor progress.
- Provide fundraising strategies, executive-level volunteer support, and donor cultivation/relationship management to assist local companies in running successful workplace campaigns.
What's Needed? - Two (2) years demonstrated history of sales, fundraising, and/or community outreach success.
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; comparable experience considered.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency required. Microsoft 365 preferred.
- CRM database experience required. Salesforce experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and insured motor vehicle.
