Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to safely operate commercial vehicles, including boom trucks, to deliver materials to job sites while ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. The ideal candidates is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and pace own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.
  • Operate a Class A CDL vehicle
  • Maintain trucks and trailers; coordination of drop off and pick up for repairs.
  • Verify all cargo is reviewed, secured and ready for delivery.
  • Follow all safety and load compliance for securing cargo.
  • Deliver loads to job site and shag trailers as needed. Ability to deliver large construction components and building materials to construction sites in rural areas where conditions may be difficult to navigate.
  • Maintain all logs and paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant DOT regulations. •Operate a forklift as needed.
  • Stock supplies/track inventory as needed.
  • Interface with customers, job site staff, contractors and compliance regulators. Promote a positive image of the organization to all external customers.

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

  • Must have ability to operate independently in a high-volume, faced paced environment.
  • Experience operating boom/crane trucks is a plus; certification preferred, but willing to recertify if needed
  • Lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 75lbs or more.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current and valid Class A CDL required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience flatbed, wide load and roller trailer preferred. Minimum 1 year experience delivery experience with Lumber Yards or equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Clean driving record and a valid CDL driver's license required.
  • Must pass a US DOT random drug test at required intervals.

Pay for this Role: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
