Mobile Staff Solutions is hiring for a CNC Operator with previous operations experience (2 yrs. min.) and is great with math & computer skills.

As the CNC operator, the successful candidate will be a highly skilled professional, with excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. You will be responsible for ensuring our company produces quality parts per drawings and company standards.

Pay Depends on experience and ranges from $18 an hour up to $25.

MUST HAVES / REQUIREMENTS:
o 2 years’ experience as a CNC HAS LATHE OPERATOR.
o Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
o Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
o Good computer and mathematical skills & HS diploma or equivalent

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.
• Translate drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
• Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality
• Ensure that results of machining process align with company expectations.
• Conduct regular CNC machine assessments.
