Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. From project planning and scheduling to on-site management and quality control, the Commercial Construction Superintendent plays a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site management.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and ensure timely project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships throughout the construction process.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, with the ability to interpret and enforce contract documents and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
  • Experience in the restoration industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
