Job Summary :

Internal Communications :

• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure clear and effective communication.

• Collaborate with HR and leadership on internal messaging related to company updates, events, and initiatives.

External Communications :

• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other public-facing content.
• Respond to media inquiries and foster positive relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Manage the organization's social media channels, creating content that aligns with brand voice and strategy.

Crisis Communication :

• Assist in drafting responses to sensitive or high-stakes situations, ensuring a timely and appropriate resolution.
• Monitor public perception and recommend strategies to address concerns or enhance reputation.

Analytics & Strategy :

• Track and report on communication campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry communication practices and competitor strategies.
• Proactively suggest innovative ways to improve communication efforts and audience engagement.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
