Primary Responsibilities - Provide prompt and professional customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat fielding questions, describing features and benefits of our products and services
- Limited inside sales. NO Cold Calling!
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on product proposals, quotes and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Place orders, secure proof approval, and provide best-in-class customer service and support
- Maintain a cheerful outlook and support the companys Commitment to Excellence
- Conduct new client onboarding calls for Prophase Marketing services
- Manage incoming client cases for RepeatRewards loyalty program
- Track product for customers
- Resolve customer issues or conflicts goal of resolving issues in one-touch or immediately escalating to expedite process
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements - Professional attitude, enthusiastic and dependable with strong customer service aptitude, with a hint of sales savvy
- Strong interpersonal communication being positive, pleasant, respectful, and customer centric
- Ability to retain detailed, essential information and/or instruction
- Ability to solve complex problems in a Customer Service environment
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Enthusiastic about learning and mastering new products, features, and systems
- Good organization, prioritization, and communication skills coupled with a sense of urgency and the art of persuasion
- Flexible and able to effectively cope with ambiguity or sudden changes of priorities
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
- Understanding direct mail is a plus
Education - Postsecondary education or significant related work experience preferred, but not required
- Customer Service / Inside Sales experience preferred, but not required
