Key Responsibilities:

Booking Support:

Itinerary Management:

Problem Resolution:

  • Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related challenges, such as flight delays or accommodation changes, to minimize disruptions and uphold customer satisfaction.

Communication:

  • Foster transparent and effective communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Travel Documentation:

  • Assist travelers in securing necessary visas, permits, and travel documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Destination Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of travel trends and destination insights to provide valuable recommendations and enhance customer experiences.

Quality Assurance :

  • Verify the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, conducting thorough cross-checks to mitigate errors or oversights.

Record Keeping:

Qualifications:
