Key Responsibilities:

• Aid customers in booking group travel arrangements, encompassing flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, guaranteeing precision and alignment with company policies.

Itinerary Management:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to group preferences, budgetary constraints, and destination-specific requirements.

Problem Resolution:

• Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related challenges, such as flight delays or accommodation changes, to minimize disruptions and uphold customer satisfaction.

Communication:

• Foster transparent and effective communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Travel Documentation:

• Assist travelers in securing necessary visas, permits, and travel documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Destination Knowledge:

• Stay abreast of travel trends and destination insights to provide valuable recommendations and enhance customer experiences.

Quality Assurance :

• Verify the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, conducting thorough cross-checks to mitigate errors or oversights.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, travel arrangements, and pertinent communications within the system.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as sales and marketing, to bolster the success of group travel programs and contribute insights for ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications:
