Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This role requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Organize and manage electronic and paper files, ensuring easy retrieval when necessary.
• Assist with generating reports and summaries based on the entered data.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth data flow and reporting.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
