What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our Healthcare Solutions Group team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for our healthcare solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically. You will work closely with segment marketing, sales, product management, application innovation experts, regulatory stakeholders, and external agency partners to deliver on growth objectives and enhance our brand presence in the medical device and dental industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline growth for products and services within the medical device and dental segments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including segment marketing, sales, and product, to create and optimize targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Manage and execute lead generation programs, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, social media, SEO/SEM, paid media and events.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Create compelling content and messaging tailored to various stages of the buyers journey, ensuring alignment with overall brand and product positioning.
  • Identify and implement best practices for lead scoring, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and effective demand generation tactics.

Own target account research and contact list building.

Own marketing analytics. Provide effective, clear reporting and dashboards so that colleagues understand campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.

Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and support sales efforts. Manage all aspects of marketing execution, from content creation to campaign analysis.

Support the creation of sales and channel partner enablement tools to generate, progress and close sales.

Manage reporting and analytics on all programs to measure success and return on investment.

Understand and optimize the channel go-to-market model, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.

Collaborate with product and segment management to define marketing strategies for new and existing products. Develop the engine that drives MQL and SQL acquisition, up to and including in-person events and conferences, webinars, outbound emails and digital advertising.

Manage the marketing budget for the healthcare solutions group, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to activities that drive the highest return on investment.

Analyze market trends, marketing campaign results, and channel performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Position is fully remote, but requires up to 10-15% travel, primarily to Littleton, CO; Soesterberg, Netherlands; and Rock Hill, SC to refine solutions knowledge, build relationships with key commercial stakeholders, and optimize results.

Bachelors degree in marketing, business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of demand generation, digital marketing, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.

Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to develop innovative commercial and go-to-market strategies.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and the healthcare industry.

  • Content creation, writing and presentation skills. Graphic design skillset a bonus.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in marketing automation platforms (Pardot experience preferred).
  • Strong subject matter expertise in CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).
