Job Overview
The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing complex marketing automation solutions utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Marketing Cloud, with a strong technical background and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Gather requirements, design, develop and configure customer-centric journeys that bring to life marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
* Creating dynamic and segmented marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL expertise
* Build automations for marketing, analysis, and system maintenance using SQL knowledge
* Maintain and optimize SFMC for peak performance and data integrity
* Lead technical implementation of campaigns that align to our marketing and selling strategies, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business requirements and platform best practices
* Stay up to date with new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and technologies, and assess their impact on existing solutions
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture and data models, including Journey Builder and Email Studio
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for non-technical stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree with 1 through up to 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, marketing, computer science, and/or related field
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, including Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, and Developer, are preferred
