The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with preferable skills in graphic design and front-end development. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving online engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites. Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to enhance engagement and user experience.

SEO & SEM:

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to track and report on website and campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, email templates, banners, and ads. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel. Front-End Development: Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to make minor updates and improvements to the website. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality. Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing roles. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal). Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and an eye for detail. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively translating marketing objectives into compelling designs. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Capacity to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines. A keen interest in staying abreast of trends and advancements in web design and digital technologies. Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus. Basic use of MS Office programs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to lift maximum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally required to travel.
