Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities: Lead ecommerce team and customer service associates Develop and execute digital ecommerce strategy Manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, and loyalty programs Research and analyze consumer behavior Work cross-functionally on product launches and promotions Oversee external web development and UX partners Track and analyze performance metrics and monitor KPIs Manage digital product development and testing Identify new revenue streams Optimize SEO, product listings, descriptions, and images Improve site navigation, search functionality, and category management Qualifications: 8-10+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably within large DTC brands Highly analytical Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, AI and eCommerce technologies Prior experience leading and building a team Please submit your resume for consideration.
