Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to drive efficiency, cost savings, and improve overall performance Manage and maintain the Cost of Goods. Create, manage, and maintain Bill of Materials. Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics, such as on-time delivery and inventory turnover, and implement corrective actions as needed Update product listing and assign finished goods and component part numbers. Purchasing and receiving components, finished goods, services, supplies, and raw materials. Review open orders and identify goods that need to be ordered to minimize costs. Coordinate with carriers and 3rd party logistic companies to transfer components and finished goods from the warehouses to 3rd party fulfillment companies. Source new packaging, service providers, fillers, and alternative manufacturers. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to the supply chain Manage teams of 10-20 people Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field Expert in SAP ERP MRP Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management in the beauty industry Experience managing teams of 10-20 people Strong leadership and decision-making skills Proven track record of driving efficiency and cost savings in the supply chain Experience with inventory management and forecasting Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment siliconbeachrecruiter.com
