Job Summary In conjunction with unit management, the Dock Supervisor will monitor activities to ensure conformance with Company, government and accrediting agency standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Ensures proper product inventorying and orderingLead a team of porters by assigning daily pull list and tasksAssists in the responsibility for all operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, organization, security adherence, policy adherence and dock cleanlinessFollows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all productsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Associate's Degree, or comparable experience3-5 years of relevant experienceSupervisory, leadership, management and coaching skillsCommunication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levelsThe ability to multi-task and establish prioritiesExhibit initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility and leadershipApply to Flik todayFlik is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
