We are currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles, with experience in maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Processing accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections
• Assist in corporate accounting tasks, including preparation of financial statements.
• Reviewing and tracking payroll data bi-weekly
• Fact-checking accounting data
• Regularly filing financial documents
• Assisting with tax payments and returns
• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies.
• Any other duties assigned by Administration

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or finance is highly preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multitask projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent data entry skills

*Full-Time Benefits After 90 Day Probation Period

Job Type: Full-time (8-hour shift)

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
