Role Overview:
As an Entry-Level Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by connecting with homeowners in local communities. Your focus will be on direct, face-to-face outreach to help homeowners discover the value of Castrum's exceptional exterior solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with homeowners to introduce Castrum's services and identify potential leads.
Build rapport with potential clients through professional and friendly communication.
Represent the company at community events, neighborhoods, and local areas to promote brand awareness.
Provide basic marketing materials and information to potential clients.
Maintain a professional image as a representative of Castrum Exterior Construction.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with face-to-face outreach.
Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working independently.
Basic understanding of marketing principles or willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation to travel within assigned areas.
Education: High school diploma required; a degree is preferred but not necessary. No prior experience required—we provide full training.

Pay and Benefits:
Compensation: Base salary plus commission and bonus structure.
Estimated yearly earnings range between $75,000 and $120,000 , based on individual performance, sales, and bonuses.
