• Participate in daily team activities and coaching sessions
• Develop skills in prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
• Work closely with clients to meet their real estate goals
• Learn to manage transactions from start to finish

Requirements:

$120,000 commission

• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely

• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Present yourself in a professional manner
