In this role, you’ll learn the business from the ground up: lead generation, prospecting, converting pre-qualified leads into new clients, and following up with existing customers to ensure they choose you for their next home. We’re looking for an agent who hasn't yet developed bad habits and is eager to build a solid foundation for success.

Compensation:$80,000 - $160,000 at plan
