Location: Jupiter, Florida

Responsibilities:

• Process new real estate transactions from receipt of contract through closing
• Prepare transaction documents by completing forms and statements
• Collect and review existing documents
• Complete closing transaction documents by assembling documents; reviewing papers with parties; explaining provisions and procedures; answering questions; checking documents for completeness and accuracy; obtaining signatures
• Review and comply with all title commitment and pre-closing requirements
• Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents
• Provide follow up customer service to ensure clients satisfaction
