The ITS serves as the point person for the technical, information, and security needs of the cooperative. This position maintains and repairs computers, servers, mobile devices, and digital networks; provides technical support; performs hardware and software updates/upgrades; implements security best practices; supports/trains employees; and promotes a culture of information security.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, preferred, OR equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Minimum of one to two years of progressive computer experience in a relevant information technology role.
Position Details:
This is a full-time, permanent, hourly paid position with a 40-hour work week. Some overtime and infrequent overnight travel are occasionally necessary.
