Salary: Part-time, $18 - $23/hr, DOE

IT Assistant

Good Earth Markets is expanding its IT department! Applicants must have experience and a strong foundation in the listed technical skills. This individual will report to the Director of IT and will help analyze, identify, and improve the business through technical support.

A Day in the Life:

Your effectiveness in completing these duties will rely heavily on your experience with:

• • Systems Administration (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Domain Management, VOIP)
  • Researching the hardware and software that will provide the greatest value to our company while also being tailored to our specific needs
    
  • Recommending systems configurations that reflect tried and tested methods to produce lasting results
  • IT Help Desk Support (Troubleshooting, Asset Management, Imaging, Ticketing Software, Printers and Scanners)
  • Effective Communication (Email, Phone, Chat, Face to Face)
    
  • Network Administration (Modems, Routers, Switches, VLAN, LAN, WAN, Windows Servers)
  • Implementing recommended solutions within a provided timeline and budget 
  • Creating documentation that enables users to effectively troubleshoot and resolve potential problems that may arise in the future

• Ability to stand for long periods of time with repetitive lifting and bending
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Batch scripting language a plus
• NVR and IP cameras are a plus
• Webhosting experience a plus

Availability and Compensation:

• Full-time, In-Office, Monday - Friday, ability to respond to chats on weekends, avg. 39 hours a week
• $18 - $23/hr, DOE
