Requirements A design portfolio showcasing design principles for web and/or mobile platforms Experience contributing to or leading the design of enterprise products and can share examples under an MNDA (if needed). Comfortable using tools like Figma and Miro Experience with design systems, with a demonstrated ability to think through end-to-end solutions with a strong user-centered approach Seeks to understand the objectives of the end deliverables as well as who you are designing for Experience with both web and mobile design Duties And Responsibilities Collaborate with team members within Engineering and across the organization to understand the goals and requirements for the UX design projects. Produce deliverables on time and as agreed upon by the project team, including but not limited to user journeys, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready design assets. Create low-, mid-, and high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma or equivalent. Collaborate closely with diverse people, such as product managers, software engineers, and UX researchers, to discover and deliver viable designs to the target audience. Bring deep knowledge of the problem space, customers, competition, and internal constraints of the business.
