Job Description

The Lab Technical Specialist - Chemistry will perform complex laboratory tests and analyses to support clinical and research initiatives. This role requires expertise in chemistry and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
Document results and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with team members to improve laboratory processes
Train and mentor junior staff as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
