Looking for hard working, reliable people to join our landscape maintenance team. If you prefer to be outdoors and enjoy seeing immediate results of your labor, we want to hear from you. We are an essential business with an immediate need for laborers with all levels of experience to perform maintenance duties including spring clean-ups, trimming, pruning edging and mulching. Prior experience is preferred, but our team has been voted best in Lancaster and is willing to train motivated and reliable candidate.

Requirements

• Performs landscape duties to include bed preparation, bed clean up, planting, watering, edging, mulching, and pruning of shrubs, trees, ground covers, perennials, and annuals using various tools.

• Loads and unloads trucks and trailers.

• Performs soil and seed related jobs.

• Performs lawn aerations.

• Operates equipment as necessary.

• Follows all safety rules in operating equipment and vehicles.

• Performs daily checks, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.

• Completes paperwork accurately.

• Maintains high quality of service measured by client retention and service callbacks.

• Generates leads for new and additional services.

• Responsible for profitability

• Provides excellent customer service.

• Exhibits calm professionalism in communications with coworkers and clients.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

Valid driver's license

Ability to obtain DOT certification Tomlinson Bomberger
