Position Details:

  • Part- Time Hybrid
  • Locations: Sherman Oaks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to train, support, and assist clients with the development and/or enhancement of skills leading towards meeting their personal goals and objectives
  • Life skill domains include academic, vocational/employment, independent living, executive functioning, social, and health and wellness
  • Coaching is provided in a variety of settings, including in the office, in client homes, on college campuses and in community settings
  • Virtual coaching and scheduling often flexible to meet the needs of both the clients and Coach

Qualifications:

  • BA in Psychology, Social Work or Public Health required (other related disciplines considered
  • Master’s degree and Registered Intern with the BBS preferred (Supervised licensure hours available)
  • Minimum two years’ experience in the social services or special education arena
  • Experience and/or training working with young adults with special needs
  • Valid CA Driver License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience; reliable car and clean driving record required.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
