What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep It Clean, Keep It Running: You'll be the one making sure the place is spotless and everything's working like it should. That means floor cleaning, tackling those tough cleaning jobs, and hauling out the trash.
• Fix It Before It Breaks: You'll be in charge of keeping the furnaces and boilers humming, and fixing the little stuff before it turns into big problems.
• Keep It Safe, Outside Too: Snow, trash, whatever's blocking the way, you'll clear it out so everyone can get in and out safely.
• Be the Eyes and Ears: You'll walk the property, spot problems, and make sure everything's up to snuff.

What You Need:

• You Know Your Stuff: You've got at least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance. You know how to use tools, fix things, and keep a place running.
• Straight Shooter: You're reliable, you show up on time, and you get the job done.
• Clean Record: We'll need to run a background check and drug screen – just standard stuff.
