Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in the development and execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in the creation of marketing materials, coordination of events, digital campaigns, and market research to help achieve the company’s marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination: Assist with organizing promotional events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, communication, and follow-up activities.
• Reporting & Analytics: Collect and analyze data on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and website traffic, and help prepare reports.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage and update marketing databases, schedules, and communication lists; assist with inventory of promotional materials.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
