• Develop and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing ROI.
• Mentor and support a team of marketing professionals, conducting performance evaluations and fostering growth.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and explore partnership opportunities to expand market presence.

Experience and Education:

• Knowledge of marketing practices including advertising and market research.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with paid social ads.
• Video editing and photography skills.
• Community management and building sales funnels.
