This position may be eligible for a $2,400 sign on bonus.

Position Highlights:

• This position may be eligible for a $2,400 sign on bonus.
• This position is eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary

• Responsible for the performance of timely, accurate, quality clinical laboratory results utilizing all available human and material resources within the laboratory.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate's degree in MLT or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred.

  Certification, Licensure, Registration

• Certification as Medical Laboratory Technician from the ASCP or AMT preferred.

Work Schedule

• Day Shift Schedule - Part Time 
• No weekend/call/holidays
• 48 hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.  

• $21.00 - $30.25 per hour
