The role involves providing support to the front office, patients, and clinicians at our designated location. This includes managing patient interactions, check-in/out procedures, phone inquiries, in-person and remote patient assistance, scheduling follow-up appointments, and addressing various patient account and care-related concerns with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must possess attention to detail, multitasking abilities, a friendly demeanor, teamwork skills, professional conduct, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a requirement. Responsibilities

•Welcome and assist patients politely, managing all necessary paperwork efficiently.
•Review and process initial assessment paperwork, ensuring completion.
•Handle phone calls, schedule new patient appointments, and offer support for various patient inquiries and requests.
•Assist patients with scheduling follow-up appointments, rescheduling as needed, and managing both telehealth and in-person appointments.
•Regularly review the schedule to ensure appointment accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office's common areas.
•Perform general office tasks, such as sorting mail, scanning documents, and completing other assigned duties from the office manager or doctor.

Qualifications

•No prior experience required; training will be provided.
•Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
•Effective multitasking ability.
•Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
