Position Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) plays a vital role in our medical office, performing administrative duties to support the Care Team and ensure patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate is motivated, energetic, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions:

• Greet and assist patients and families.
• Manage patient check-in/out and maintain efficient flow.
• Handle phone calls and communicate registration information.
• Process payments and manage patient accounts.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Previous PSR experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
