Sales Advisor

Join our team as an Inland Sales Advisor to guide our customers through the home shopping and buying process.

You’ll want to join our team if you‘d like be fully engaged in a collaborative environment within a locally owned and operated company in which we all put our minds toward creating the absolute best customer experience. We’re looking for teammates who are new to the industry. If you’ve found it difficult to obtain a position at a homebuilding company without new home sales experience, we welcome you to apply with us.

• Interested in gaining an uncommon competence in sales? Perfect—our sales system + continual training will give you the tools to make that happen if you’re willing to do the work.
• Inexperienced? GREAT. We are seeking enthusiastic new teammates who are excited to learn from scratch. Our training program is extremely thorough and can be completed at a high level within a short period of time.
• A person who enjoys seeing flat land transform into a family’s home? That’s exactly what you will be a part of.
• A person who wants to sell with integrity? As far as we’re concerned, it’s the only way. You’ll be ensuring that each customer is absolutely certain that our product and experience is right for them. We don’t push contracts or hard sell. We only close deals at the highest, most customer-service focused level.
• A relationship creator? Sales is all about building genuine relationships. You will build great relationships with your team, the realtor community and our customers.
• Afraid of calling and speaking with people on the phone? If you answered “no,” then we’re on the same page. The phone is the best form of communication when not in-person, and it’s the ultimate and most immediate prospecting tool.
