Job Description

Duties Description Car Pool Management - Assign vehicles to staff per procedure, rotate vehicles to maximize utilization, schedule repairs and maintenance, enter mileage logs on a monthly basis.

Building Maintenance Coordination - Work with staff and building management to handle work requests and communicate with and oversee private contractors performing building maintenance.

MMS administration - Process work orders and update MMS facility, mechanical, and inventory database using Citrix software on a regular basis.

Organize on-line vehicle maintenance calendar using software such as Sharepoint, Excel, Outlook, and other software.

Will be required to maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude, and be able to communicate effectively using phone, electronic media, and face to face.

Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this title.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with a wide range of computer software and familiarity with vehicle maintenance operations.

Additional Comments Must have a valid driver's license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position.
Must be available for emergency response.
