Family Assistant Needed for a Wonderful Family in Key Biscayne, FL

Part Time Family Assistant needed ASAP through the end of May/June (with a possible option for summer). The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels at keeping a household running smoothly. They should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive, can-do attitude. The candidate should be reliable, trustworthy, and discreet, with a friendly demeanor and a genuine love for animals. 

Pay: $25 per hour

Start date: ASAP - June

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, ideally 4-5 hours per day
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 or 2:00 PM
• Guaranteed 20-25 hours per week
• Opportunity for additional hours in the evenings, pet sitting, or weekends as needed

• There is an option for the position to transition to New Hampshire for summer months if mutually agreed upon

Responsibilities:

• Preparing breakfast and lunch
• Daily light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, keeping the house tidy, bed making, organizing, wiping down bathrooms
• Grocery shopping and managing household inventory
• Running errands (e.g., dry cleaning)
• Light cooking daily
• Keeping the condo neat and organized
• Being comfortable and attentive to a small, friendly dog

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and ability to run errands
• Comfortable with pets
• Must have relevant experience in housekeeping or family assistance
• Provide 3-5 professional references
• Proof of legal right to work in the U.S.
