Pay

• $45,000.00 - $72,000.00/year depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of premises to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
• Implement effective pest control strategies using a variety of methods, including chemical treatments, traps, and baits.
• Provide recommendations to clients on preventing future pest problems, such as sealing cracks and gaps, improving sanitation practices, and eliminating food sources.
• Safely apply pesticides and other control products according to label instructions and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including details of products used and areas treated.
• Communicate with clients to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest pest control techniques, products, and regulations through training and professional development.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools used in pest control operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols to protect oneself, clients, and the environment from potential hazards associated with pest control activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate scheduling, share information, and ensure efficient service delivery.

Job requirements

• Previous experience in pest control or related field preferred
• Proficient in using communication and service software (e.g., Slack, Zoho)
• Knowledge of common pests, their behaviors, and effective control methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
• Driver's License required
• Pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US
