A Management Resources client is seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager with a strong background in business process outsourcing (BPO) transitions. The role involves managing multiple transition projects, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient, high-quality deliverables within the stipulated budget and timelines. The position is 100% remote and will last 4-5 months.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans for BPO transition projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the transition process.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and compliance with financial constraints.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all transition activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in BPO outsourcing transitions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Top-notch communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Profound analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Comprehensive understanding of BPO industry standards and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing international BPO transitions.
